All Kingdom and Authority has been given to Me. It was established as such from the beginning. I Am, I was and I will always be. I have been in creation from the beginning and I will be in its culmination and perfection. From Genesis to Revelation, all The Scriptures have testified about Me. They told you about My physical arrival, The grace offered to you by a loving Father, and the coming judgment day.
This is why the Apostle John says of Me in John 1:1-5 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. In Him was life, and the life was the Light of men. The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.
Remember what Genesis 1:26 says? Who do you think God the Father was talking about when He said: “Let us make man in Our Image, according to Our likeness?” I Am in Exodus 12:13 For I am your passover Lamb. Leviticus 17. Because of Me, there is atonement for your souls and I give you Life.
Exodus 24:17 says of Me: I see him but not now, I behold Him but not near; A star shall come forth from Jacob. In Numbers 21, when the people rebelled and spoke against God, after they had repented from their sin, God gave them a way out. A serpent was lifted up and when they looked at it, they lived. This was the physical act of living as you set your eyes on Me, you gain your spiritual life.
John 3:14, Makes reference to this correlation as well by saying: As Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the son of man be lifted up. The book of Deuteronomy speaks about the law. How Israel could have communion with God and be purified from their sins. They had to follow rituals on a daily basis. God is holy and to live in community with His children, they have to be holy; Clean. I came to fulfilled that law, to purify you from your sins.
I came to make a people ready to live in eternity with God. I came to purify you and present you ready to be in community with The Holly one. The Exodus story is your story! I am taking you out of slavery into the promised land. Such story is there to explain God’s plan for you! do you know their story? knowing their story is knowing your story.
That God is Holy and can’t live with your sinful nature causes you to wonder? In a much smaller scale, Do you not train your animals; specifically those that are domesticated such as the dogs so that they can live cohesively with you? You don’t allow them to just express themselves on their rustic ways do you? Your sinful nature is likewise to God. Remember though that God made you in our image.
Could you see My presence in Joshua 5:13-15? Why was Joshua asked to remove his sandals from his feet? What about the book of the Judges? I Am the ultimate judge. On that ageless prophetic day of the Lord, It will be Me who will judge the world. Does Ruth not tell you of my descendency? Is it not a picture of God’s perfect plan for all mankind? No one is excluded. The chosen people are those who by faith conform to the will of My Father. It is not by blood or birth but by My Father’s gift through Me.
Wasn’t Hannah’s song of praise prophetic in nature? After she received the gift of a son named Samuel did she not testify about Me in first Samuel 2:10? “Those who contend with the Lord will be shattered’ against them He will thunder in the heavens. The Lord will judge the ends of the earth; and He will give strength to His King, and He will exalt the horn of His anointed”
Second Samuel 7:13 Is it not about Me that the Father is talking about? David did not live forever did He? Neither did Solomon, his son, as David first thought. “He shall build a house for My name and I will establish His kingdom forever” My kingdom has no end.
Speaking about Kingdom, The books of kings tell you stories of the many kings who were established on this earth and their impact on the lives of Israel. They were not kings who delivered. They were kings who pointed people either toward God or away from God. Those who pointed them toward God, were led by the book of the Law.
I am the Ultimate King who came to fulfill the Law. I am the Ultimate road to God the Father. The books of the Chronicles also testify about Me as well. It is in the Chronicles that is written about the temple that was built for God. No, It wasn’t for David to build it but for David’s descendant. No, it wasn’t Solomon to build it either. He built a physical temple; a physical house that had an end. The temple I Am building has no end. This temple is you; individually when in Me; The church, when I am the head.
Ezra and Nehemiah. Are they not depictions of temple builders? Restoring what belongs to God? It is you and I combined that are building an eternal house for God. It is you and I who are the temple. As Ezra and Nehemiah set their hearts to study the Law, the word of God, and restore the physical temple, likewise, It is through God’s word, Me, that God’s temple is restored.
For Such a time as this; Esther tells you a story that resembles your redemption. That which is through Me. Job in his distress, clearly sees Me and testifies about Me when he says: “As for me, I know that my Redeemer lives, And at the last He will take His stand on the earth. “Even after my skin is destroyed, Yet from my flesh I shall see God”
I Am also all over the Psalms. Take a look at psalm 2:6-12 ending with Do homage to the Son, that He not become angry, and you perish in the way, for His wrath may soon be kindled. How blessed are all who take refuge in Him! To give you a few examples, look at Psalm 8, 9, 16, 17, 18, 22, 23, 24, 45, 72. Proverbs, is my instruction to you. to live a life that is fully by following Wisdom. I am Wisdom personified. The word of God is Wisdom. Proverbs 8: 23 ““From everlasting I was established, From the beginning, from the earliest times of the earth”.
Proverbs 8:27-36 When He established the heavens, I was there,When He inscribed a circle on the face of the deep,When He made firm the skies above,When the springs of the deep became fixed, When He set for the sea its boundary So that the water would not transgress His command, When He marked out the foundations of the earth; Then I was beside Him, as a master workman;And I was daily His delight,Rejoicing always before Him, Rejoicing in the world, His earth,And having my delight in the sons of men.
“Now therefore, O sons, listen to me, for blessed are they who keep my ways. “Heed instruction and be wise, and do not neglect it.“Blessed is the man who listens to me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at my doorposts. “For he who finds me finds life
and obtains favor from the Lord. “But he who sins against me injures himself;
All those who hate me love death.”
Proverbs 9:10 says: The fear of the Lord is the beginning of all wisdom and the knowledge of the Holy one is understanding. Spend some time on this phrase and recognize Me there. Ecclesiastes is the writings of a wise man. It concludes with the statement that when all has been heard The fear of God and keeping His commandments is priority and needs to be done by all people. vs 14 says that God will bring every act to judgement, everything which is hidden, whether it is good or evil. I Am the one who will do the judgement.
The Song of solomon is about The love and admiration between the bride and the bridegroom. Marriage in itself is a means to teach you God’s plan and to illustrate the relationship between Me and the Church. This is to give you an example in terms you can understand such as the love of a bride and the bridegroom. You, My church, are betrothed to Me. You are my beloved bride. Remember How Paul describe you as the body in first Corinthians 12? No, you are not a foot. It is only to help you understand terms too hard for you to comprehend.
But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. Isaiah 53:5 Does this seem familiar? Read the whole book of Isaiah and Jeremiah and you will find Me all over it!
How about Jeremiah 23:5-6 ? ““Behold, the days are coming,” declares the Lord,“When I will raise up for David a righteous Branch;And He will reign as king and act wisely and do justice and righteousness in the land.“In His days Judah will be saved, and Israel will dwell securely; and this is His name by which He will be called,‘The Lord our righteousness.’’
If what we read before did not make this clear to you how about this? Ezequiel 37: 24 The Davidic Kingdom: “My servant David will be king over them, and they will all have one shepherd; and they will walk in My ordinances and keep My statutes and observe them. They will live on the land that I gave to Jacob My servant, in which your fathers lived; and they will live on it, they, and their sons and their sons’ sons, forever; and David My servant will be their prince forever.
Compare that Scripture to Luke 1:31-35 And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall name Him Jesus. He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David; and He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and His kingdom will have no end.” Mary said to the angel, “How can this be, since I am a virgin?” The angel answered and said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; and for that reason the holy Child shall be called the Son of God.
Daniel and Revelation are similar in that they both speak of the end times. I am there. I am there and will be there for you. If you trust in Me, you have nothing to fear. Hosea, Joel and Jonah continue to tell the story of redemption despite the fact that is not on your own merits but on the grace of God.
Micah 5 tells of where my physical birth is to take place, Nahum, Habakkuk and Zephaniah speaks to you about the favorably year of the Lord or the coming of the Messiah. That would be My day. Zechariah 9:9 describes My entrance into Jerusalem riding a donkey. “Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout in triumph, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your king is coming to you; He is just and endowed with salvation,
Humble, and mounted on a donkey, Even on a colt, the foal of a donkey.
The Old Testament ends with Malachi speaking about the Purifier. Me. Malachi 3:1-3 says: ““Behold, I am going to send My messenger, and he will clear the way before Me. And the Lord, whom you seek, will suddenly come to His temple; and the messenger of the covenant, in whom you delight, behold, He is coming,” says the Lord of hosts. “But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner’s fire and like fullers’ soap. He will sit as a smelter and purifier of silver, and He will purify the sons of Levi and refine them like gold and silver, so that they may present to the Lord offerings in righteousness.
Malachi 4:1-6 ends with a final admonition “For behold, the day is coming, burning like a furnace; and all the arrogant and every evildoer will be chaff; and the day that is coming will set them ablaze,” says the Lord of hosts, “so that it will leave them neither root nor branch.”
“But for you who fear My name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings; and you will go forth and skip about like calves from the stall. You will tread down the wicked, for they will be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day which I am preparing,” says the Lord of hosts.
Remember the law of Moses My servant, even the statutes and ordinances which I commanded him in Horeb for all Israel. “Behold, I am going to send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and terrible day of the Lord. He will restore the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of the children to their fathers, so that I will not come and smite the land with a curse.
All the scriptures testify about Me and here I was in the presence of those who had studied them and were the teachers of it. The Sanhedrin. They were the “so-called” priests of God” yet, they were following their own devices and refused to hear the voices of the prophets, God’s messangers that had come to speak to them.
They asked Me but not wanting to hear the truth. “If you are the Christ, tell us” I replied to them that even if I told them, they would not believe Me. Today I am asking you. Do you really believe in Me? Do you really understand Me and what I stand for?
I told them I would be seated at the right hand and power of God from then on and I Am. I Am here preparing a place for you but I have not left you as orphans for you have the power of the Holly Spirit who dwells within you in the mean time until the time is completed. Until judgement day. All scriptures speak to you about such. This is why I came. To give you a choice. I Am the Father’s grace to you.
They asked. Are You the Son of God then? I said to them, “Yes, I AM” After this, they completely closed their hearing and understanding and proceeded to condemn Me and claim it as blasphemy. You know the rest. I was crucified but resurrected on the third day. It was then death lost its power. It should loose its power over you as well.
Do you really believe in Me and what I stand for? As I told those who were claiming to know Me and John recorded it on John 8:31, I am telling you today: “If you continue in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine; and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.”
