Jesus said: Behold I knock on the door; If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him (her) and dine with him(her)  and he(she) with Me. This is a site where we can invite Jesus to dine with us as we focus on studying His word. let us dwell and unpack what He has to say for us on our present day for He has never left us. We just have to take the time to listen. We typically are busy like Martha but Jesus wants us to be more like Mary.

Prayer

Lord, we thank you for being a Father who loves us! We thank you for being our rock and a place where we can find hope! We thank you for Jesus and your Word!. Please give us understanding and how Your Word needs to be interpreted and applied into our lives, so that we can be faithful to you and complete the purposes you have set for each one of us from the beginning of time. We know Lord, that we are not here by chance and neither are we alone, for you said that You would be with us always even to the end of time. God, You told Jeremiah in Jeremiah 1:5 that Before You formed him in the womb, You knew him. We know you deeply know and love each one of us and want to have a relationship with us. Help us exercise the free choice of getting to know you! help us make Jesus our Lord and take your gift of salvation through Him. Jesus help us spend time dining with you to absorb Your Majesty and to reflect to others Your absolute and pure beauty!  Allow us to grow in maturity, love, and faithfulness toward you and each other. It is through your name that we pray. Amen!
