Please cover my eyes! Cover my ears! Enough of this silly talk! End of the world? An apocalypse? Oh, it is just those Jesus crazy people again! don’t they get it? They have been saying it for years and we are still here! Many of you think this way. Many of you watch the zombie apocalypse as an entertainment but that is it. Is it? What did Jesus say about it? Do you rather remain blind? Would that change it for you or your loved ones?
Many People are afraid and many are preppers. Some are looking down for protection and some up. Some have built underground homes with supplies that will last for a long time. Some are looking into other planets. Land on the moon? Google it. There are sale adds for it. Get your parcel! Transportation might be a bit of a problem but hey, it might be safe up there!
If you listen carefully, this idea is very popular out there. There are rumors not just among us Jesus crazy people, but among everyone. Sure, there have always been rumors but, did it always have the tangible feeling as it does now? The prophets said it. Jesus said it. Others have said it, such as Nostradamus. These are people whose claims have come true.
My go to is Jesus. After all, He resurrected from the dead. If He says so then I believe it so. If you pay attention, what goes on in the world speaks for itself. The Lord doesn’t only use His people to speak. He uses everybody. I watch star trek. Yes, by association with my husband I guess I can be considered a Trekkie. It amazes me what the producers could predict through their program about us now. The technology that we could not have imagine would exist is a reality now.
We are writing future history as we speak. The world is full of visionaries. They don’t have to speak prophecies or claim to know what is to come. They speak through their creativity. It all has a purpose and it is to lead us into that wave of thinking forward. Moving forward. Over all, God is in control.
On our previous blog, Jesus told us that it was our love for God that mattered and that all the beauty of this world as we see it, would be destroyed. The disciples asked Him when would these things happen? What would be the signs.
Jesus responded and is responding to you today: You have been hearing people throughout time and frankly, some of their misleading timing has caused you to disregard this important part of the plan. Didn’t I tell you that no one knows the day nor the timing? Not the Angels, not even the Son knows. Only the father.(Matthew 24:36)
Many have claimed to be Me. Seek to know me intimately so you will not be deceived into following them and their teachings. They have also claimed to know the exact time. Do not believe them. Believe Me. There have been times and there will be times where you may think the time is close but pay attention to the sings you need to keep an eye on.
Wars and disturbances are part of this broken world. Do not be terrified. This is not the sign to pay attention to. When all these troubles are coming together and when nation is against nation and kingdom against kingdom. When there is earthquakes and in various places famines. When there are terrors and signs coming down from heaven. The time is close.
Before all these things, Those of you whose trust is in Me will be sought for and taken captives. My teachings are not well received by the enemy or those who are blinded by him. When you are captured, make use of this opportunity for it will be a time for you to continue to witness about Me and help those who are lost come to Me and be rescued from eternal doom. Be on the alert and train for this day so that your faith in Me will carry you through.
During those times, I will give you confidence and wisdom which will surpass the enemy’s. Know that the hate they have for Me and those who trust Me, will cause even those who are your earthly relatives and friends to go against you. Some of them will even kill you. Trust Me when I say that You will come out of this more alive and well than ever! Not a hair on your head will perish.
When Jerusalem is surrounded by armies, realize that The time is near. The enemy is about to attempt her abomination of desolation. If you happen to be in the city, flee to the mountains and if you are not in the city, do not come into it. These are days that God the Father has warned will happen due to disobedience.
I hurt for the women who are pregnant or nursing babies in those days. For there will be great distress upon the land and wrath to this people. They will fall by the edge of the sword and will be taken captives into all the nations. Jerusalem will be trampled under foot by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled. The Gospel message needs to reached the ends of the earth.
Remember what it is written in Acts 1:6-7 about my words before I rose back up to heaven? When the disciples asked if I was going to restore the Kingdom to Israel? I said the following:“It is not for you to know the times or dates the Father has set by His own authority. But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
Let Me remind you what I also said in John 10:14-16 I am the good shepherd, and I know My own and My own know Me, even as the Father knows Me and I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep. I have other sheep, which are not of this fold; I must bring them also, and they will hear My voice; and they will become one flock with one shepherd. (this flock are the receivers of the gospel of grace from all the world)
The prophet Daniel also spoke of the end times in the book of Daniel particularly it is helpful to read Daniel chapters 11-12. and Revelation 21. Read those Scriptures for more understanding. Pray to receive wisdom so His word can lead you and those you are to lead and help.
